1 - Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide (excluding some countries that are considered ‘war zones’). Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination, and you’ll see the exact options at checkout.

2 - How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed on the day they are they are placed and UK orders typically arrive within 1–3 working days, and international orders within 5–10 working days depending on local customs and courier services.

3 - What is your returns policy?

If you’re not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and in their original condition. Just contact our support team support@liveforevercompany.com to start the return.

4 - Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey to your door.  Note, some Royal Mail services like Royal Mail 24® will not track each step but will only tell you when it has your parcel and when they have delivered (or attempted to deliver) it.

5 - Do you offer subscriptions or discounts for repeat orders?

We do! You can subscribe to your favorite products to save money and have them delivered automatically on your chosen schedule.  A 20% discount is applied at checkout when you select the subscription option.
