UK Postage Information
1. Free Royal Mail Standard Shipping (Orders over £50.00) We offer free standard
shipping via Royal Mail for all orders above £50.00. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for any confirmed delays caused by Royal Mail. In the event that your order has not arrived within 10 days from the date of dispatch, you may be eligible for a full refund or Fast-Track Replacement of your purchase. Please contact our customer service with your order number for assistance.
2. Royal Mail Tracked 1st and 2nd Class Shipping For orders shipped via Royal Mail
Tracked 1st and 2nd Class, we provide tracking assistance to help monitor the progress of your delivery. Should any delays occur, and your order is not delivered within 48 hours from the moment you have contacted us regarding the delay, we will refund the shipping costs. Furthermore, if your order has not arrived within 10 days from the date of dispatch, you may be eligible for a full refund or Fast-Track Replacement of your purchase. Global Shipping
1. International Standard Delivery (5 - 12 Days via DHL/DPD/Fedex Tracked) We offer International Standard Delivery with a number of global carriers, estimated to arrive within 5 to 12 days. In the event of any confirmed delays with these carriers, our team will assist in thoroughly locating your order. If your order has not been delivered within 12 days from the dispatch date, please contact us. We will then reach out to the carrier on your behalf to resolve the issue and provide updates on your delivery status.

2. International Priority Delivery (2 - 5 Days via DHL/DPD/FedEx Tracked) For faster international shipping, we offer International Priority Delivery with a number of global carriers, estimated to arrive within 2 to 5 days. If your order experiences any confirmed delays, our team will assist in tracking your package. If your order is experiencing delays over the given timeframe and not delivered in 10- days time, we will liaise with carrier on your behalf to locate your order and provide the necessary updates regarding your delivery as well as support.
If your order is not delivered within 1-2 weeks after we have contacted the shipping company, we will gladly issue a full refund or send you a new fast track shipment within
24-48 hours via another global carrier, if the order has been returned or lost in transit by the shipping company.
