I’ve been taking these psyllium husk capsules for a month.  I used to be very hungry by 12 pm for lunch, but if I take the capsules after breakfast, I'm not hungry until around 1.30-2 pm.  This means I then eat less for dinner at 6 pm as I'm not over-hungry.   I also get No more constipation or soft stools. Highly recommend!

Wow —I used to take a 4000mg a data husk from Amazon but it was an extract.  I have since learnt that it doesn’t bind and is nothing like these.  I now feel fuller, taking my mind off food and having the extra fibre is also a great benefit.
